For hygiene and personalisation reasons, pierced earrings and customised/personalised items are not returnable or exchangeable. Final sale pieces and special gift boxes are also non-returnable.

Yes. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc.). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
