SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination and customs)

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

  • All jewellery, handbags and accessories are securely packed to minimise damage in transit.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

  • For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, as per local regulations. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns subject to the conditions below:

  • Return window: Within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligible items: Most handbags, jewellery and accessories, provided they are:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In their original packaging with tags, dust bags, protective films and inserts intact

    • Free from perfume, makeup, stains, scratches or signs of wear

Non-returnable items:

  • Pierced jewellery (such as earrings) for hygiene reasons

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” / “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase

How to request a return:

  1. ] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, item details and reason for return (photos, if the item is damaged/incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and share the return instructions and shipping address.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customer’s responsibility for size/fit/colour preference or change-of-mind returns.

  • Covered by us only if the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refund

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) for condition and eligibility.

  • We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days:

    • Back to your original payment method, or

    • As store credit, where applicable (you can choose if we offer both).

Important notes:

  • Items that are used, damaged, missing tags/packaging, or not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error, defective product or wrong item received.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
