SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on your location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days within India and 7–21 business days for international orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. All accessories, jewellery, and handbags are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items including handbags, jewellery, and accessories, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags and protective coverings intact. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (like earrings) and customized items are non-returnable. To request a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days. Items returned in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds exclude any original shipping charges, unless the return was due to a shipping error or a defective product.
